Tonight’s songwriting started out with an attempt to make something renaissance-faire sounding but ended up turning into something more along the lines of a horror movie soundtrack, so I just went with the flow.

Music demo reel
Song selections come from my Caustic Reverie and TheForgotton projects, the Facewound, No More Room In Hell, and Pirates, Vikings and Knights II game sountracks, and the original score to the short film Gundick: Cocked and Loaded.
May update
If it looks I’ve been slacking on the blog postings, it’s because I’ve been nice and busy lately.
I’ve composed my first film soundtrack and it’s for a short movie called Gundick: Cocked and Loaded that premiered at the Mondo Baltimore Pity Party back in April.
Work on No More Room In Hell continues with the new music system that I’ve been contributing shorter pieces to. We have a new release in the works that will give us full Steam functionality through the Greenlight system. Keep an eye out for version 1.07.
I have sixteen installments of the Eleventh Hour Podcast available for streaming at the Sun-FM Page.

Caustic Reverie rereleases on Bandcamp
I’ve started going back and uploading some of my past albums to Bandcamp so that they will be available to download in flac or high-bitrate mp3s. Here are two from 2008 for starters:
A big hit in Estonia?
I’ve just found a review of Mithradatium on the site Recent Music Heroes, but I’m a little rusty in my Estonian. The google translation misses a few phrases but overall it seems to be a favorable review.
Cheers!

Caustic Reverie late September update
Last.fm’s servers took a shit during the weekend I spent uploading my tracks and it took their customer service about a week to get through the backlog and get back to me. I’ve reuploaded the songs and I’m hoping they’ll stick this time. Watch this spot.
I’ve been toying with the idea of a CR album in surround and I did a quick 5.1 mix of Vigils as a proof of concept. I’ll share the link once I get a chance to hear the mix on a decent setup and make sure I didn’t blow the LFE channel all the way to hell.
