I’ve been messing around with something more synth-based lately. The song is called No Response and ended up becoming somewhat of a sci-fi/cosmic horror experiment lyrically. It was a mix of VST synths and drum programming, recorded electric bass, and some analog synths from my Deepmind 12D.
I have a single and an album coming out next month from my drone/experimental ambient project Caustic Reverie. On May 5th, Collapse of Rigel will be released as the vanguard.
The full album is called Transit Signals and will have three other pieces for a total running time just over 40 minutes. This stuff is a little more minimalist, with some space music undertones. I might do some visualization vids before the release, time permitting.

My latest Caustic Reverie album The Flooded Assembly is out today. It’s available at all the usual streaming and digital purchase outlets but I’d like to point your attention towards the Bandcamp, first and foremost.
I have new releases from both of my main projects, Caustic Reverie and Sumptus Ignis, coming out in the near future.
Caustic Reverie’s single Malinger drops May 15th.
The full album is called The Flooded Assembly and should be out June 5th.
Finally, the new Sumptus Ignis, which has the title of Curtain Calls. The album includes our singles from 2019, two new songs, and a rerecorded version of one of the songs from our first EP. A few final mixes and mastering are still in the works, so I don’t have an exact date for this release. If all is well, it should be out summer of this year.
I’ve just released the 23rd full Caustic Reverie album, which is titled Splinter. I swung back into my dark ambient roots on this release.
